GRASS FED BEEF 

We are now proudly offering 100% grass fed calves raised right here in central Texas. These cattle will be raised only on grass pasture, with no access to grain and without any added hormones or use of antibiotics. We take them all the way so you can be sure you are getting the some of the best ethically raised grass fed calves in our area directly from our family to yours! Cattle will be harvested at a lighter weight and younger age to produce a lean, flavor packed beef you won’t want to miss.

WHOLE GRASS FED CALF

Two Grass Fed Beef Sides Cut to Order

   With the Grass Fed Calf you can chose how you want your beef processed. Our standard cuts option will yield approximately 62% of the hanging weight as retail cuts.  With this option you will receive a whole beef that will cut down to approximately 200-270 pounds of meat.  We will contact you with details regarding processing dates and assist in filling out a cut sheet for your calf if you would like to do a custom cut. In addition, you will need to provide a $500 deposit before harvest to ensure your harvest date is reserved and the remainder will be due upon final pick up or delivery. Typical cuts that come with a whole calf are Brisket, Chuck Roasts or Steaks, Arm Roasts or Steaks, Short Ribs, Ribeyes, T-bones or NY Strips and Filets, Sirloins, Flank and Skirt Steaks, Round Roasts or Steaks, Soup Bones, and Ground Beef.

Currently $6.99/lb on the hanging weight

One Grass Fed Beef Side Cut to Order

   With the Grass Fed Half Calf you can chose how you want your beef processed. Our standard cuts option will yield approximately 62% of the hanging weight as retail cuts.  With this option you will receive a side of beef that will cut down to approximately 100-135 pounds of meat.  We will contact you with details regarding processing dates and assist in filling out a cut sheet for your side if you would like to do a custom cut. In addition, you will need to provide a $250 deposit before harvest to ensure your harvest date is reserved and the remainder will be due upon final pick up or delivery. Typical cuts that come with a whole calf are Brisket, Chuck Roasts or Steaks, Arm Roasts or Steaks, Short Ribs, Ribeyes, T-bones or NY Strips and Filets, Sirloins, Flank and Skirt Steaks, Round Roasts or Steaks, Soup Bones, and Ground Beef.
