This is a great box for anyone who loves BBQ or grilling out on nice summer evenings all cuts included are packed with flavor and perfect for the pit.
This beef is from cattle raised on our family run ranch, harvested less than 20 min away to minimize animal stress, dry aged and vacuum sealed. If you're tired of not knowing where your beef comes from and are ready for better flavor and small batch quality this is the beef for you.
Box can have a mix of:
- Whole or Half Brisket
- Chuck Steaks or Chuck/Arm Roast
- Short Ribs
- Ground beef 1lb Tubes
- Hamburger Patties
- Flank or Skirt Steak
These are examples of what could be included but does not guarantee it will be included in every box. We will not put more than 10lbs of ground beef in any BBQ Box.
