Thank you for doing all the hard work so we can feed our family nutritious food! We are happy to have a local option. The steaks are far better than any grass fed cuts at H-E-B. We eat them daily!
We buy a half a cow every year and sometimes pork. I LOVE the quality of the meat. Everything is individually labeled which is really helpful and the process is constantly improving. Plus it’s all vacuum sealed.
So first time ordering with HalfCalf , I probably emailed them a bit much with questions, but received was packed beautifully still frozen that’s a challenge in Texas! and just done a roast this weekend was perfect ! Will order again! Thank You!
