We purchased a quarter cow and couldn’t be happier! The meat was packaged beautifully neat, secure, and easy to store. Every cut we’ve tried has been fantastic, and the steaks literally melt in your mouth. On top of that, the owner went above and beyond by delivering close to our home, even though he didn’t have to. Outstanding quality and exceptional service. Highly recommend!
