I was well informed as a newbie for future purchases. What I purchased-ground beef, sausage, beef bones, and liver-tasted great and will surely purchase more.

Top Sirloin I think, pan seared to medium rare, sliced thin. Fabulous
The value was really good, and the beef has a noticeably better flavor than grocery store beef.
We are enjoying our meat and especially Bacon. Nothing from the store can come close to the taste of this cow and hog. We are excited to adventure intonour sausage skills.
