We purchased a quarter cow and couldn’t be happier! The meat was packaged beautifully neat, secure, and easy to store. Every cut we’ve tried has been fantastic, and the steaks literally melt in your mouth. On top of that, the owner went above and beyond by delivering close to our home, even though he didn’t have to. Outstanding quality and exceptional service. Highly recommend!
Have been really impressed by the quality of meat. Cooked several steaks and have been much better than what you can find at most grocery stores. Friendly and helpful customer service. Will be buying another calf in the future.
Thank you for doing all the hard work so we can feed our family nutritious food! We are happy to have a local option. The steaks are far better than any grass fed cuts at H-E-B. We eat them daily!
