My oxtail came in a timely manner as promised. Halfcal has excellent mean at still a reasonable price. They're professionalism is beyond reproach.
My first time ordering, the steak was great! Had decent marbling and the flavor was fresh and clean. I will definitely be ordering again!
Tried a steak box and loved it. Bought a quarter cow and could not be happier. So reassuring to know we have quality meat for the family for the foreseeable future. Thanks!
We love the beef so much, we’ve been coming back for years! Kameron & Lexus really care for the animals to give our families a great healthy product that costs a fraction of what it does in the store for the similar quality. But with Half Calf I know where my beef comes from; Central Texas.
We’ve also purchased pork from them and really enjoyed it.
Have done the quarters and tried the box this time excellent selection of meat we”ll be back !!!!!
