I just picked up my second purchase from halfcalf and I am so happy with all of it again. Kameron is so helpful and ready to work with you in all aspects of the purchase. It started with the cuts to the meeting place. I live in New Mexico so I have a bit more of a drive. Even with his growing family and busy schedule, he went out of his way to help make the purchase easy. Of course, the meat is quality and tasty! I will continue to recommend and purchase!

We buy a half a cow every year and sometimes pork. I LOVE the quality of the meat. Everything is individually labeled which is really helpful and the process is constantly improving. Plus it’s all vacuum sealed.
