The meat was packaged great and was some of the best pork we have ever eaten.

My wife and I have been buying the smaller boxes of meat from Half-Calf until recently. We ordered the 1/4 hog. It is just the right amount for us to have on hand and will do us for a while. The bacon and pan sausage are fantastic. The quality of the other cuts, chops, pork steaks, and so on, is exceptional. Highly recommend.
The meat is just how I asked and it is so good! They even met me in San Angelo. I legit did not have to drive anywhere far for it all.
