This is a great package for anyone that likes to have high quality locally sourced hamburger meat stocked and ready to go. Approximately 80/20 ground.

Great ground beef

We love the quality of half calf beef. I can tell a difference when I cook it, compared to the grocery store beef. Can’t go back!!
