My oxtail came in a timely manner as promised. Halfcal has excellent mean at still a reasonable price. They're professionalism is beyond reproach.

We love the beef so much, we’ve been coming back for years! Kameron & Lexus really care for the animals to give our families a great healthy product that costs a fraction of what it does in the store for the similar quality. But with Half Calf I know where my beef comes from; Central Texas.
We’ve also purchased pork from them and really enjoyed it.
Have done the quarters and tried the box this time excellent selection of meat we”ll be back !!!!!
so for 5 years we got our cow from granzyme's . but half calf has way better quality and a cheaper price , vary satisficed

Ordered their namesake and so far all been flavorful and nicely marbled, cuts as ordered. Even got a tour of the processing facility when I picked up. Taco Tuesday has been a staple for the last year thanks to their ground beef, my son won't let us skip it.
