Shipping policy
Shipping:
Half Calf Offers shipping on products/orders that weigh less that 40 pounds standard.
Products or Orders over 50 pounds are available and can be shipped by request with shipping calculated on each order.
* Please note that if your order is heavy, additional shipping supplies may be needed and we will send you a second invoice to cover the extra shipping cost. Your order will be shipped when the second invoice is paid. *

Orders placed after 11am Tuesday will ship the following Monday.
We offer Next Day Air and Second Day Air Shipping.

We ship to the address entered at checkout. Please ensure the correct address is entered. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.
Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
Storage & Handling:
Orders ship with ice packs or dry ice depending on location.
Our meats ship frozen and may experience some thawing in transit. Meat can be refrozen as long as it has not reached a temperature above 42 degrees. If meat arrives partially thawed check temperature to ensure it is below 42 degrees. If it has risen above this threshold please contact us immediately.
After receiving your order please refrigerate or freeze immediately to preserve freshness.
