This is our 3rd purchase from Half Calf. High quality meat and local pick-up was easy. Like knowing our meat is local, born and raised in the USA, and full of good nutrition. Very tender and flavorful.
I smoked the brisket yesterday and it turned out very well. It had just the right amount of fat and was very tasty and tender. I have no problems buying this again.
