Typically whole hogs have a carcass weight of around 185-240lbs.

With fresh cuts only average price is  $800.

Cured items like ham, bacon and sausage add an average of around $150-200 per hog

 We offer high quality, locally sourced natural pork from the Texas Hill Country. We work with trusted local producers to get the best available pork from farm to table for you to enjoy. If you are tired of plain grocery store pork give this a try and you will be amazed at what small local pork production can produce. The pork will be tender and full of flavor when compared pork produced from large commercial operations. 
Typical fresh cuts included with a pork order include Boston Butt/Picnic Roasts or Steaks, Loin Chops or Roasts, Fresh Pork Belly, Fresh Ham Roasts or Steaks, and Ground Pork. Additional cost items are Smoked and Cured Items (Ham, Bacon, Hocks) and any type of sausage if you would like some made.

The towns where we currently offer meet ups/pick up are:

Stonewall, TX (Headquarters)- Weekday evenings or weekends by appointment 
Johnson City, TX (At the processing facility)- Any Weekday between 8am-6pm

Bulverde, TX- 1st Tuesday of the month

New Braunfels, TX-1st Tuesday of the month

Dripping Springs, TX-2nd Tuesday of the month

Kyle, TX-2nd Tuesday of the month

Marble Falls, TX-3rd Tuesday of the month

Burnet, TX-3rd Tuesday of the month

Liberty Hill, TX-3rd Tuesday of the month

Boerne, TX-4th Tuesday of the month

Taste so good

We are enjoying our meat and especially Bacon. Nothing from the store can come close to the taste of this cow and hog. We are excited to adventure intonour sausage skills.
