We have been getting our beef from half calf for a few years , love the quality the taste is so much better than store bought. Kamran , always comes through works with the customer is there to help you .
This is our 3rd purchase from Half Calf. High quality meat and local pick-up was easy. Like knowing our meat is local, born and raised in the USA, and full of good nutrition. Very tender and flavorful.
I smoked the brisket yesterday and it turned out very well. It had just the right amount of fat and was very tasty and tender. I have no problems buying this again.
We’ve tried a couple of different local ranches and the quality of meat from Half Calf is unparalleled. We won’t be getting meat anywhere else. Highly recommend.
