I have now ordered my 3rd round of steak, burger, and other meats with each time loving the quality and taste. Now that the direct from farm meat is equal if not cheaper than the normal Aldi, Kroger or Tom Thumb how can you not order? Best tasting steaks I have had in a long time, and suggest others take the taste plunge and try Half Calf.

Great ground beef

We love the quality of half calf beef. I can tell a difference when I cook it, compared to the grocery store beef. Can’t go back!!
