Everything any the purchase was easy, in priced well and the biggest quality imaginable.
The beef itself from steaks to roasts to the ground beef are all the highest quality I've eaten. I couldn't be happier and will recommend this to everyone I know. I can't imagine buying better beef anywhere.
The meat is just how I asked and it is so good! They even met me in San Angelo. I legit did not have to drive anywhere far for it all.

Went for a whole calf and tried different cuts this time.
I *love* the steak cuts over the roast cut option so far (personal preference). As always, high quality meat, and a pleasure interacting with Kameron and the butcher shop staff.
