Texas Raised Beef Flank Steak is a lean, flavorful cut known for its rich beefy taste and firm texture. Raised on Central Texas ranches with careful attention to quality, this steak is ideal for marinating and quick, high-heat cooking methods like grilling or pan-searing. 

Flank Steaks Average 1.5lbs 

Cooking- Let stand until room temperature is reached then cook over high heat until desired internal temperature. Once done let steaks rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
