This is absolutely the best meat I have ever had. I’ll never purchase meat at a grocery store again. I don’t usually submit reviews but when something is this good everyone needs to know. I am a customer for life!
Ordering was simple and pick up was easy as well. Would highly recommend if you want to save on cost and get better quality beef then the grocery store!

Ordering process was pretty simple overall. We have someone guide us with selections on the cut sheet since it was out 1st time purchasing half a pig. Pork chops, brats, and bacon excellent- that's all we have eaten so far but we are looking forward to sampling the rest. Packing of items are sealed well and order pickup was quick & easy. Overall very satisfied with the purchase and customer service.
The ordering process was simple, Kameron was very responsive to any questions. Met with Tony for pickup, he was prompt and friendly. We have already tried chuck roast, sirloin, filet, and ground beef. All were excellent, but the ground beef was a huge surprise. I don’t think I will ever like H‑E‑B beef again.
Package arrived on time, steaks were great. Now awaiting are half beef order.

These are the best steaks period. I grill them to 130-135 F internal temperature over charcoal or propane and they are outstanding. Juicy and flavorful, they are my favorite cuts from Half Calf.
Awesome meat with a rich meaty taste. Cuts are lean and the meat cuts like butter. Cost is fantastic.

I bought half a calf to save money at the grocery store. The best decision ever. The cuts of meat we received and the quality of meat is amazing. With 3 boys, we go through a lot of meat. Even the quality of the ground beef I bought compared to the grocery store is day and night. Will definitely purchase again.
