    We are now proudly offering grass fed calves raised right here in central Texas. Raised on our family ranch by us or other close partners. These cattle will be raised only on grass pasture, with no access to grain and without any added hormones or use of antibiotics. You can be sure you are getting the some of the best ethically raised grass fed calves  directly from our local area to your table! Cattle will be harvested at a lighter weight and younger age to produce a flavor packed tender beef you won’t want to miss.

    The towns where we currently offer meet ups/pick up are:

    Stonewall, TX (Headquarters)- Weekday evenings or weekends by appointment 
    Johnson City, TX (At the processing facility)- Any Weekday between 8am-6pm

    Bulverde, TX- 1st Tuesday of the month

    New Braunfels, TX-1st Tuesday of the month

    Dripping Springs, TX-2nd Tuesday of the month

    Kyle, TX-2nd Tuesday of the month

    Marble Falls, TX-3rd Tuesday of the month

    Burnet, TX-3rd Tuesday of the month
